Please be advised that service times may vary based on how busy the salon is on the day of your service, the condition of your dog's coat, how much time has passed since your dog was last groomed, your dog's behaviour during the grooming process, how many times the phone rings, etc...
Standard grooming appointment times for booking are 9:30am, 10:00am, 11:00am and 1:30pm. Please book one of those available times.
Please be advised that we require a minimum of 24hrs notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Some exceptions may apply at our discretion. Please do not reply to, nor send messages though the software texting service as they are unmonitored.

Tuesday - 9:30am-5:30pm
Wednesday - 9:30am-5:30pm
Thursday - 9:30am-5:30pm
Friday - 9:30am-5:30pm
Saturday - 9:30am-5:30pm
Daycare:
Tuesday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
*Note: Daycare on Tuesdays and Thursdays are for large dogs, Wednesdays and Fridays are for smaller dogs.

Our furry friends come in so many different shapes, sizes and with all sorts of coat types and lengths. As such there is no "one-size fits all" way to determine the price of your individual service.
Here at Pooch Haven we aim to make sure that your Pooch gets the correct care and attention that it deserves. Below you'll find our pricing table. All prices are displayed as the "starting at" price and as such the actual price for your dog's service may be higher than shown.
